prompt shuttle convenient shuttle clean room loud air conditioner slow check-in limited staff
the airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. the short walk from the hotel to the terminal was also a plus. my room was clean and prepared well for my stay.
My room's air conditioner was rather loud at times. it cycled on and off frequently, disrupting my rest. i also found the check-in process slow. Only one staff member was available.

surprising stay near airport
airport shuttle attentive staff good value
hotel offer good complimentary shuttle to Pearson airport. the staff were very attentive. it was good value for the price. the shuttle service was very quick to the airport.
the parking lot gate wouldn't open, and i had to call the front desk for assistance.

noisy ventilation poor sleep
The ventilation system was noisy. I thought it was broken. i asked for another room, but it had the same issue.. other guests also reported this problem. it was so loud i could not sleep well. i feel bad for the staff because management acts like nothing is wrong.
